But you are just stuck in that cycle of starting, stopping, and feeling guilty about it (I call this the “yo-yo” of fitness.
And we both know it’s not just physical. It’s the mental load — the stress, the overwhelm, the anxiety — that makes everything feel harder. You want a coach who understands that training isn’t just reps and sets; it’s your headspace, your motivation, and your wellbeing. A coach who believes that “motion helps with emotion”.
